This is not corporate BS. This is as genuine as I can say it. One of my greatest joys in life is working with amazing people. It brings me so much happiness.
As CEO for our organization, the thing I care most about is taking care of our people. If you take care of your people, they will take care of everything else. I have hired, inherited, recruited, and sometimes lost amazing and talented people.
People Are Our Purpose. That's our core value. Helping employees be happy and engaged is one of the ways that value has come to life. This product, RETAIN, has been in development for a long time. If you use it properly, it will help your people be happy and engaged. It's not perfect yet, but it's pretty damn incredible.
It will help you keep your people. It will show you how they are thinking and feeling about their job. Be very careful with that information. Never punish, or allow your managers to punish, any of your employees for being honest with you about their work experience, no matter how jarring some of the feedback may seem.

Stan Magleby founded Pinnacle Consulting in 1996. As a successful nursing home and home health owner/operator, he used his experience to consult. As his company grew, he specialized in satisfaction measurement for customers and employees. In 2009, Pinnacle officially left behind the consulting business and became Pinnacle Quality Insight.
